From Our Founder, Eddiana—

There was a time when my relationship with food, my body, and myself felt completely out of balance. I battled binge eating, and over time, I gained 62 pounds. I felt disconnected, trapped in a cycle of frustration and guilt chasing quick fixes that never worked.

Then, one day, I stepped onto a yoga mat.

The transformation wasn’t just physical. It was emotional, mental, and deeply spiritual. I learned that wellness isn’t about punishing your body, it's about honoring it. Movement became my medicine. The mat became my mirror.

That’s why I created The Root to Rise Studio, a space built for real people who want to move, sweat, heal, and grow. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or coming back after a long journey, I want you to know: you belong here.
