Arrive to the studio 15-minutes early for your first class.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.
Inform your instructor of any limitations, injuries, or anything that could impact your workout.

For heated mat classes, you’ll need to bring your own mat towel, or you can rent one from us for $4.
We recommend bringing a water bottle, which can be filled at our water station, or you can purchase water from us.

Hot Sculpt
The one where strength meets fire. Hot Sculpt incorporates strength training into a powerful, full-body workout in a heated room. The warmth intensifies every move helping you tone muscles, boost endurance, get your heart rate up, and release stress.
Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates
The one where you turn up the heat and move with intention. Our hot yoga and hot Pilates classes combine mindful flow and precise strength work with the intensity of heat to help you sweat, stretch deeper, and build lasting strength. Designed to challenge your body and clear your mind, these classes leave you lighter, stronger, and fully recharged. Low impact with classical, traditional lineage in mind.
Hot Stretch
The one where you release tension, recover deeply, and restore balance in the heat. Hot Stretch combines intentional stretching and breathwork with warmth to support mobility, improve circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Traditional and Contemporary Yoga & Pilates (Non-Heated)
Find balance, strength, and clarity in our non-heated yoga and Pilates classes. These practices focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement helping you connect deeply to your body while building strength and flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this is your space to reset and recharge.
